This conference is a forum for professionals, policymakers, educators and the public from diverse disciplines interested in the biochemical, genetic, behavioral, and public health aspects of addiction.

Presenters Include: 

  • Thomas Farley, President of the Chris Farley Foundation (brother of late actor and comedian Chris Farley who died in 1997 as a result of substance abuse)
  • Jaime Johnson, founding member of the Grascals, 3 time Grammy Nominee will take the stage to share his Recovery story
  • Steven Sewell, Grief Educator, Trainer, Author to present on grief within the scope of addiction and its
    impact on loved ones
  • Quintin Chipley, MA, MD, PhD, to provide a thought provoking look at technologies and their impact on the disease of addiction
  • Michael E. Townsend, MSSW, Recovery Kentucky Administrator presenting research on Abstinence Assisted Programs.
